The rooms are spacious and they have central heating, multi-channel TV, and a private entrance. The staff are really helpful, managed the parking onsite. The ambiance is family.

Amicable staff members, big rooms with shower, bedroom, children were sleeping. Perfect location for our visit to a historical market square approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

We loved our family room where our children were able to sleep comfortably. the location of the hotel is great; it's just a short walk to bars, the town hall, market, Kaiserpfalz, as well as restaurants.

Superb location near Hartz Steam railways. Really good photography opportunities at steam depot. Great choice of food with unique delivery by G scale locomotive. Spacious suite and friendly manager

Great location! Right in the center of the city and close to everything. the breakfast was quite nice, with a good selection of pastries and fruit. the room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel facilities were limited, with no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or air conditioning. the curtains were too thin, letting in too much light at night.

Staying in the heart of the city is a smart choice, and this hotel's location is unbeatable. It's only a few steps from the central square, perfect for exploring the town's vibrant atmosphere. the breakfast is tasty and fresh, with a lot of variety to choose from. the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and excellent room service.
The check-in process can be improved to avoid delays, and some rooms have limited privacy due to translucent curtains or no curtains at all.
